Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Re-Lovation, we understand the excitement of receiving your carefully curated vintage treasures. We aim to make every step from checkout to delivery smooth, transparent, and secure. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and handle all orders placed through our website.
1. Processing Times
We take great care in preparing and packaging your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (CET) are processed and shipped the same business day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM (CET) are shipped the next business day.

Processing time may vary slightly during holidays, peak periods, or special promotions.

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your order’s journey
2. Domestic Shipping (The Netherlands)

Standard shipping within the Netherlands is free of charge.

All parcels are shipped with track & trace and require a delivery confirmation.

Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days.
If you need express delivery or same-day courier service (Amsterdam area), please contact info@re-lovation.com prior to checkout for availability and pricing.
3. International Shipping
We are delighted to offer worldwide shipping to bring our luxury vintage collection to customers around the globe.
Customs & Import Duties:

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by your local customs authority.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Customs processing may occasionally delay delivery times Re-Lovation cannot be held responsible for such delays once the package leaves our warehouse.

Outside Europe: 7–21 business days
Please note: Delivery times vary based on destination, customs, and courier service availability.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to monitor its progress. If tracking information shows your order as “delivered” but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors or local postal services before contacting us.
5. Delivery Issues
While we take every measure to ensure safe delivery, unforeseen issues can occur:
Damaged Items:
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@re-lovation.com including:

Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will assess the case and offer a solution such as repair, replacement, store credit, or return.
Delayed or Missing Orders:
If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please first review the tracking updates.
If the parcel appears lost or delayed, contact us, and we will investigate with the carrier.
6. Returns & Inspections
We want you to love your purchase. If it’s not the perfect match:

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

All items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging and tags.

Items with removed or tampered Re-Lovation tags cannot be accepted for return (“No Tag, No Return”).

Returns are eligible for store credit only (valid for 12 months).

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and must be tracked and insured.
Inspection Period:
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Any issues or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. After this period, the order is considered accepted as received.
Exceptions:

Custom orders and items sourced through the Personal Shopper Service are non-returnable.

Try & Buy items follow the specific Try & Buy conditions (see Terms & Conditions).
7. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure that shipping and billing details are entered correctly during checkout.

Re-Lovation is not liable for packages lost due to incorrect address entry.

Customers are responsible for all applicable customs fees and import duties for international shipments.
8. Independent Retailer Notice
Re-Lovation is an independent reseller and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, or endorsed by any of the brands it sells. All trademarks, brand names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the products offered.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Shipping & Delivery Policy is governed by Dutch law and EU consumer regulations.
In the event of a dispute, customers agree to first contact Re-Lovation to attempt amicable resolution. If resolution cannot be achieved, disputes will be handled by the competent court in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
