Each luxury item in our collection undergoes a meticulous authentication process to ensure it is 100% genuine. Our expert team examines every element stitching, hardware, materials, and serial codes using industry-leading techniques and years of experience. Only items that meet our strict authenticity standards are offered for sale, so you can shop with confidence.

Because Re-Lovation specializes in vintage and pre-owned items, we cannot provide a warranty on the future condition, performance, or lifespan of any product. All items are sold in their current condition, exactly as described and photographed. Signs of wear or natural aging are not considered defects, but evidence of authenticity and craftsmanship.

We do, however, offer a lifetime authenticity warranty on every item purchased from Re-Lovation. If, at any point, you have valid concerns regarding the authenticity of your product, please contact us.

We will assist in re-verification and, if an item is proven not authentic, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement where available.
